1. How do I give you the artwork for my order?
Please send the best quality black and white artwork you can.
The format can be an ad slick quality print, or digital file (Illustrator, Photoshop)
We are a mac based studio.
Please do not fax copies of logos etc....as they will require significant time to edit
and thus your order may take longer to process. proc

2. How long will it take to get my order?
Orders take 6-8 weeks from art approval to final product.

3. What is the set-up charge?
A (One Time) die and mold charge to personalize
a clay medallion with your artwork.
$50.00

4. Can I get a different medallion color than the body glaze color?
No, but the fill color of the medallion will be approximately
the same color or slightly darker than the glaze color of the body
